Reservations/Cancellations Policy




RESERVATIONS



Thank you for considering training with us.

To reserve your spot in a training course, unless other arrangements are made with us, we ask for a $100 deposit when booking.

When reserving a spot on a charter boat, we require a $100 deposit with the balance due two weeks BEFORE the weekend trip. Your trip must be guaranteed by a credit card number.

If for some strange Canadian reason, weather intrudes and a dive is cancelled, we'll refund in full that portion of the charter fee.

We hope that you will all understand that a great deal of time goes into planning any trip/charter and therefore a fee of $15.00 per booking will be added onto the final cost.


CANCELLATIONS



For courses, if your schedule changes and you find you're unable to attend the class for which you've reserved a seat, we'll honour the reservation for 6 months.

For dive charters, if cancellations are received PRIOR to two weeks before the dive trip, we're glad to refund your deposit.

Full payment for the trip will be processed 2 WEEKS prior to the trip.

Unfortunately though, any cancellations received inside the two weeks are not refundable, UNLESS another diver with the training and experience to perform the dives in question buys your seat.

Why?



When we quote on a dive charter, it's based on how many divers are on the boat. A charter with 6 divers will cost more per individual than a charter with 12 divers on the boat, and when a diver bales during the weekend, it affects the price all divers owe that weekend for the remaining dives.
